At the end of June, the growing season for summer produce peaks past the 7 week marker, in most regions. With some of the earliest summer season plants, like green beans, being even further along. This is the time in the season where the evolution taking place can be seen, our seeds that took hold and survived this far, now show glimpses of the fruits our labor.

For our fellow pepper heads, that are growers like us, we’ve all put in the work and love to help our plants weather the storms and the unpredictable elements of nature, like the one of the wettest summers on record.
Those beautiful, green leaves and stems growing stronger each day, the buds turning into fresh plants for us to enjoy as fresh bounties on our summer dinner tables.
All, reflections of the beauty of nature and what we can produce if we are willing to roll up our sleeves, get a little dirty and nurture our roots.
To Celebrate the Milestone Moment in the Growing Season, We’ve Launched a New Organics Experience on puckerbuttpeppercompany.com

For us, it all began in the 1980’s when our very own, Smokin’ Ed Currie, had raised over 800 hot pepper plants in every inch of his home and the homes of friends. Our much larger, USDA Organic farm now grows over 100,000 pepper plants annually and is one of the largest in the U.S. Today, Ed and the team can be found on the Farm- tending to the pepper plants we love and Crafting our Specialty Line of Sauces made with fresh peppers from the farm.
From our farm to you,
