Do you sell Pepper X seeds?

I'm sorry, but we do not sell Pepper X seeds. Pepper X is a patented variety, and it is not available for purchase or use by the general public. This variety was developed and patented by its creators, Ed Currie and the PuckerButt Pepper Company. As a patented pepper, its seeds and plants are protected by intellectual property rights, and the sale or distribution of Pepper X seeds without proper authorization would be in violation of those rights.

Return Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • MM Seeds

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at Staff@puckerbuttpeppercompany.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the customer does not pay for shipping cost, the cost will be deducted from the refund issued. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are not responsible for the speed at which the post office ships a package. We do our best to ship orders promptly. If a package is arriving late or stuck in transit, we suggest contacting your local post office.

Seed Policy

We guarantee PBPC seeds for up to one year. This means if they do not germinate, we will replace the seeds or issue a refund. This is only applicable if our grow tips were followed. 

Germination rates for seeds may vary, and can take between 4-6 weeks for certain varieties. 

Our seed return policy does not include MM seeds. All MM seed sales are final.

Can you help me with my order?

How does shipping work?

We offer shipping options with USPS, DHL and UPS. You can choose between Priority, Express, World Wide and Ground rates.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are generated by weight and destination. Rates come from USPS, DHL or UPS directly. We offer the cheapest rates available with no handling charges or extra fees. We only charge what it costs to ship.

Where do you ship?

We ship to 248 countries.

Do you sell fresh peppers?

We ship fresh peppers when they are in season. Fresh peppers are available August-October.

We pick, wash, sort and process everything by hand. We use lady bugs and all-natural fertilizers instead of chemicals and pesticides. We pride ourselves on that!

Do you sell plants?

We do not sell or ship plants. But, we do sell seeds harvested by our in-house pepper gurus and provide expert growing tips on how you can grow your own gorgeous pepper plants from home!

Monday – Thursday: 10am – 5pm

Friday – Saturday: 10am – 5pm

Sunday: Noon – 5pm

How do I cancel my Hot Sauce of the Month Club subscription?

Log into your customer portal at “My Account”. Select “Manage Subscriptions,” and cancel it from there. Or, you can reach out to us at
staff@puckerbuttpeppercompany.com and one of our staff members will cancel it for you.
